VICTORIA O'DRISCOLL, ACSW

Victoria O’Driscoll is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. Throughout her career, Victoria has had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a variety of emotional and life challenges. Her early work with children and adolescents provided her with a strong foundation in understanding development, family systems, emotional regulation, and the importance of creating a safe space where individuals feel heard and understood.

Victoria has expanded her career through collaborative care, providing individual therapy to a diverse adult population navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional impact of chronic health conditions. Through this work, she has developed a deep appreciation for the unique experiences each person brings into therapy and the importance of providing care that honors the whole person - not just their symptoms.

Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Development from Pacific Oaks College, and a Master of Social Work from Capella University. Her educational background, combined with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse clinical settings, has shaped her holistic and developmentally informed approach to therapy. She uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Behavioral Activation, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness interventions to support clients in developing effective coping strategies, building resilience, challenging unhelpful patterns, and cultivating greater self-compassion.

Victoria is especially passionate about supporting adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, major life transitions, or the emotional weight of managing ongoing stress and health concerns. She understands that many individuals spend years prioritizing the needs of others while struggling to make space for themselves. Therapy can provide an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with personal values, and create meaningful change. Victoria believes therapy is not about changing who you are, but rather about gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, recognizing your strengths, and creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values. She considers it a privilege to be part of each client’s healing journey and is honored to support individuals as they move toward greater hope, confidence, and emotional well-being.
