Raegan is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #143044) who empowers her clients through a compassionate approach to healing. She believes that by guiding individuals towards self-reflection and fostering self-compassion, clients can begin the transformative process of healing and plant the seeds of self-acceptance.

Raegan earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. She completed her traineeship at Pelican Cove Counseling Centers, where she primarily treated young adults experiencing life transitions, familial conflict, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and grief using psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches. Her undergraduate education includes a bachelor's degree in Child Development from California State University, Los Angeles.

Much of Raegan's experience has focused on working with children of color with disabilities, anxiety, and/or trauma in various settings, including schools and transition homes. Through this work, she gained a deep understanding and appreciation for the impact of childhood experiences on mental, emotional, and physical health in adulthood.

As a therapist, Raegan's goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and accepting therapeutic environment while offering clients tools to heal their inner child. Her diverse background allows her to create a supportive space where clients can explore their inner selves and cultivate personal growth.
