Kimberly is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #142672) who seeks to build trust and respect with her clients as they work together to achieve positive change. Kimberly has a background in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies which she uses to help clients gain insight into their past, understand how that is impacting their present, and empower them to pave their future path.

Kimberly believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of change and brings authenticity, compassion, humor, curiosity, and acceptance to the therapy room. Through mindfulness and safe exploration, clients will learn to build deeper self-awareness and self-compassion allowing them to accept and integrate all parts of themselves while breaking harmful patterns and moving toward growth and healing.

Kimberly values a collaborative space with her clients. She incorporates psychoeducation and ACT, DBT, and CBT-based techniques to provide clients with the tools they need to be confident and successful moving through life. Kimberly believes that everyone has a unique and powerful story and values the cultural sensitivity that is needed to meet each client where they are at. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, childhood wounds, and trauma. Kimberly works with adolescents, adults, and couples from all walks of life and is deeply humbled to be a part of their journey to creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
