Experienced in treating individuals, couples, and families, Sean aims to help you break destructive patterns and create healthy and meaningful methods for living.

Embracing a collaborative and adaptable approach to each client, Sean focuses on utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a Client-Focused approach, and Attachment Theory. He specializes in the areas of addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, family conflict, and self-esteem. Sean also draws from his own personal lived experiences in these areas to connect on a deep level with you.

After completing his Bachelor of Arts in English degree at Saint Louis University, Sean became a paramedic due to his passion for helping others. From there he transitioned into the field of mental health, working in substance abuse treatment facilities, community mental health settings, and with psychiatric patients. Sean obtained his Master of Arts in Psychology degree from California Southern University.
