Krystal Beachler, AMFT
Krystal Beachler (AMFT 126097) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who loves working with children, teens, families, and couples. She believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life's difficulties. She tries to help bring families and couples closer together through therapeutic work and helps them to cultivate fulfilling relationships. Krystal works from a collaborative, strengths-based approach, assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own lives. With a solution-focused, client-centered, humanistic approach, she focuses on aspects of Existentialism, mindfulness, family-systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
One of Krystal’s key focuses is keeping careful consideration of cultural concerns and practices. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity development, LGBTQIA2S+, substance abuse and trauma. Additionally, she has extensive experience in community mental health working intensive services for the homeless population and adolescents/youths diagnosed with severe mental illness and trauma.
Krystal describes herself as having a down-to-earth nature, sense of humor, naturalistic approach, and personable demeanor. She has an eclectic approach, utilizing various theoretical approaches, behavioral neuroscience, and real-life experience. With each client’s individual therapeutic needs in mind, she strives to create an environment where her clients feel seen and understood. Krystal received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University where she was trained in a systematic approach to all modalities. With a comfortable and confident nature, she provides therapy systematically and individually. Krystal received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University of Fullerton.
