It is a motto of The Seattle School that we can only take others as far as we have been willing to go ourselves. Gabe would not invite you into the courageous work of engaging your narratives of relationship, family of origin, sexual development, abuse, trauma, and heartache if he had not engaged his own. The result has been more freedom, more joy, more creativity… more life.
