Dr. Aisha Shaikh is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY 33806), who has been working as a therapist since 2015.  She received her Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine.  She received her Master’s degree followed by her Doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology from the California School of Forensic Studies at Alliant International University.  

She has worked extensively with teenagers and adults to address a wide variety of mental health concerns and challenges.  She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the San Diego Juvenile Forensic Services working closely with detained youth.  Here she recognized and grew her passion for working with underserved and underprivileged populations.  She continued her post-doctoral training in Los Angeles at Sharper Future, where she provided individual and group therapy sessions to adult men on probation for sexually based crimes mandated to treatment.  She went on to work with children and adults conducting comprehensive neuropsychological testing to assess ADHD, learning disabilities, and traumatic brain injury.
